JUDY PFAFF / "Emanation: Art + Process"

Robischon artist Judy Pfaff is now featured in "Emanation: Art + Process" an exhibition of ten site-specific installations at the Wheaton Art and Cultural Center's Museum of American Glass. Pfaff's, Rood Licht meaning "red light" in Dutch, was inspired by the lobby of the Museum of American Glass with its ornate red flocked wallpaper and pair of formidable crystal chandeliers salvaged from the celebrated Traymore Hotel in Atlantic City. "Emanation: Art + Process" insightfully draws attention to south New Jersey's long history as a region of glassmaking since Colonial times.
