BILL ARMSTRONG | “A Matter of Light” at the Palazzo Reale, Milan, Italy

Photographer Bill Armstrong is currently featured in the group exhibition “A Matter of Light” at the Palazzo Reale (Milan, IT) through July 1, 2018.

Armstrong, along with artists Peter Bialobrzeski, Antonio Biasiucci, Alain Fleischer, Francesco Jodice, Mimmo Jodice, Rinko Kawauchi, Martin Parr and Massimo Siragusa have created different works to document and interpret the interior and architectural space in each of their appointed rooms at the Vatican Museums. Armstrong was assigned to appropriate and transform the images of Michelangelo using a unique photographic process, in the manner of Armstrong’s earlier recognized Renaissance series.
